Consult has built a strong reputation as a challenger to conventional recruitment agencies by establishing trusted, long-term relationships with their clients and candidates. We were tasked with helping them refresh their brand identity while retaining the essence of where they started. 

From here, we developed a strategic positioning and manifesto for the brand to guide us all in the overhaul. We developed all visual touchpoints in line with the new positioning. Their ethos was brought to life through our strategic platform, logo, and brand guideline design, photography and illustration style.
